"I remember when"

In the video I Remember When what matters is how we have and can keep changing technology to make our world better. The video shows lots of young kids remembering times when technology wasn’t as advanced as it is today. they give examples like how you can now check your email, myspace, facebook, etc., without having to be at a computer, vs. when you actually did have to be at a computer. The kids in this video mention that they like it when we change the way the world works. when technology is improved and created, not only does it change the way we do things that already exist, like communicating or being entertained; but it also opens new windows for discoveries, communication, travel, new thinking, basically new everything. By creating new technology and sharing with the world we can do so much more then we can now.

Lost gernation

Friday in class we watched a video that showed a girl saying things like that she could never change the world, and that she didnt care about anything. then everything went backwards. and it turned out to say that she did care about everything and she would change the world. this relates a lot to the classroom and me because in order to change the world we have to get out there and do something about what it is we want changed. the video showed that change can work positively or it can make the world a worse place, we just have to decide which it is. this connects hugely which the world because it's about changing the world. and every person needs to do something about it. Even though things can take a negiative turn, i think that if we educate the people that are making it negative then they would correct what they are doings and make it better. We can't just sit around and wait for the world to change by itself, we have to change it. Be the change that you want to see in the world. :]]

3 Things

The three things in my house are my kitten, my stereo, and my bookshelf. My stereo is kind of out of date by like 7 years, but it still works great. It can play tapes, cd's, and the radio. It never goes off. It's on all the time, even when i'm not there. It's significance to me is that i love music and it provides music for me. :]
My second item, my kitten. Well she's actually not too much kitten anymore because she's grown a lot and now she's getting fat because i spoil her way to much. ;) she's black with a spot on her head, under her chin, all along her arm, the tip of her tail, and misalanious spots all over. She is darling. and i love her tons. I owned her mother when she was prego and i watched her and her 5 other siblings births. I have to say it was not pleasant. The last item on my list is my book case. I choose this because it holds all my books that i have read. and i love the books i have read. I love to read. I actually just returned ten books back to the library and checked out five more. I;m a bit of a book worm, as my friend Shannon says. :]
